Take Two Service

Our unique delivery service is designed to support customers to shop online without the worry of having to buy extra sizes to try on and have both the cost and inconvenience of having to return them.

How it works 

Order online as usual.  Decide which extra garments you need.  At the Checkout stage choose your Take Two option – so if you have 1,2 or 3 of the garments in your basket that you require in multiple sizes choose 3 or less items.   

If you are unsure of 4 or more of your items, choose the 4 or more items. 

Write your extra required sizes in the order notes box. 

So, for instance, you have ordered a size 28 Jumper but you also want us to bring a 30 and a 32 and then a 26 cardigan but you also want a 24 and a 28 cardigan, you would select 3 or less items.   

If you have ordered a jumper, a cardigan, shorts trousers and a pinafore and you require extra sizes in all of them you would choose the 4 or more items.

The delivery 

Our Take Two orders are delivered by our own staff.  They will ring you to arrange a time when your child will be present.  They will bring the separate sizes in separate bags.  You simply try them on your child whilst the driver waits outside.  You keep the size you require and hand back the size you don’t require there and then.
